fine except for a flu, cold here too, I friggin hate it, plus hibernating causes weight, oh well, what'd ya gonna do, hey.

if yer used to hibernating.. then there are WAYS (not ONLY the sexercise ones ) to keep OFF the poundage.. I hike every morning with my dog.. GREAT EXERcise AND keeps ya warm.. cept when poochie decides to sniff the enTIRE back 40 acres one blade at a time then not sitting idle for LONG.. get UP.. move around.. jog in place? skip rope? there are MANY things we can do.. just gotta find the ones we're OK with and KEEP AT it

if ya don't WANT to.. then UPside? you can play SANTA at christmas

I hike for 10hrs every 3day's so , I keep as fit as I can, plus snowshoeing, all the winter fun stuff, tried walking the cat's, but they don't want no part of it.....

my daughter walks HERS.. it's soo funny.. that lil bugger has NO FEAR I tell ya.. would walk RIGHT in front of an oncoming truck and would try to take it on

cross country skiing is another good one.. I got LOTS of agricultural land around me so.. LOTS of place to play!!!

Wow, that's neat, my cat moondog, used to walk with me in the country, but when we moved to the city, he hates the cars, but that's okay, I bring him catnip, in the summer, freshly picked.

they sell this 'catnip' grass for about 4$ in walmart the kitten LOVES playing in it she gnaws at it ofen enough.. keeps her from wanting to DASH outside for a romp on the lawn and she's QUICK TOO

got a dentist appointment at 3.. hate dentists.. and aVOID them when I CAN but.. not this time..
