Topic: Anyone EVER pick up a BOOK out there? | |

Book Review:
I pre-oredered "Duma Key" by the master: Stephen King. Received it last week and uh, finished it last night. WOW - this one is great and although not as suspensful as some of his books, it was a great read. Some terror moments and a fabulous ending. I think he finally has the "ending" a book thing down. So many others have had bad endings... at least for me. Am also re-reading "Anna Karenina." My favorite, all time, ever book is: "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand How about you all? Read any good books lately? Verb |

Yes, but I don't generally look in the movies and tv section. I just finished "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe" by Fannie Flagg; and "Lisey's Story" by Stephen King. This may not be the forum where all the readers are posting, though.

Not a big stephen king fan, but yeah. One of my favorite authors is frank peretti, If you haven't heard of him it is because he mostly writes christian fiction, but he is really good at it. One of his best books, in my opinion, is The Oath. They are supposed to be adapting it to a movie...i can't wait!
