I have arrived home just today safe & sound

flying at an altitude of about 33,000 feet

with friendly gorgeous blue skies...


The Seattle area is just splendid when the skies are clear...


There were big fluffy cumulous clouds
and we even got to see the majestic Mount Rainier
when coming in from the west...


Mother is doing well,

and we had a good time...


Dear dear Sherry & all the others...

I really appreciate you for checking in

and for keeping this soldier thread alive...


I love you all and thank you so very much...


God bless our troops and I pray that they come home soon...


I'm pretty tired ...it has been a long day

so i will check back in with you all later...

My trip went well, thank you ...
The weather was perfect with huge fluffy clouds
and bright blue skies...The flight was excellent
except that it was late,
by an hour with technical difficulties,
however all worked out well,
at least they found and fixed the problem.
And the flight was just perfect...

Mom is doing pretty well,
but it is sad to see ones' parents get old
and for their bodies to fail them ...

one cannot help but see our own fragile existence...

How fleeting this life is...

and how we need to seize every moment

and make the very best of each precious second...


For we never know what tomorrow may bring

thats great to hear your trip went ok hun

i havnt really been on much lately cos of my back but i managed to get on quick for a bit tonight and low and behold your here

I know what you mean about backs...Jason...

sorry to hear you are having medical troubles

and back problems too at your young age...


and sorry to hear of Debbie's medical problems, too


i have a bad back & i pay for it

in my back & body , big time

when i take too much with me when i travel.


i really need to master the art of traveling light
