Ok ...so we have a food and drink theif sneaking around our office...so I disguised a nice little lunch laced with ex-lax to throw in the fridge on monday....can't wait until Monday results!   
That was my lunch

i'm not sure how it could be considered assault, or be a reprimandable offense. this is HER lunch, and she's not GIVING it to anyone...
you have every right to take ex-lax, and if you need to disguise the taste with your food...you have THAT right, too. i don't see it as necessarily unethical, either, because if they keep their hands to themselves, all is well. |

Ty Lulu I simply put my lunch in the fridge as I do 3-4 times a week,I did'nt eat it as I decided to order out at the last minute .....and sure as sh*t ..the tainted candy bar disapeared..... I sat at my desk suspiciously watching everyone as I ate my pizza but, to my dismay..I did'nt see anyone running h*ll bent for the restroom! Though I do wonder what that candy bar theif is doing right about now?

Well *I* think you should do this on a regular basis! Not on any schedule... just once in a while put in some tainted food. Monday this week, Thursday next week, twice the week after that, then skip a week... Eventually either you'll discover the thief or they'll get tired of getting sick! |
