The other reason a lot of people lurk and don't post much, is because they post but rarely get any response. After awhile it becomes a thing of, "Well does it really matter if I post or not? lmao"
The people who post a lot get together and get to talking and those of us who are new to the boards or new to posting tend to get overlooked.

lol Not always You have to admit, popularity does play just a minor little role in it It's just sort of the way it goes, I have some chatrooms where I've been there a long time, well known and "newbie" posts get overlooked by people who see I'm there. Then there's other chatrooms where I'm the newbie and it goes the other way around. It's just sort of how things work, that's all I was pointing out :D
