The new game show The Moment of Truth? I personally think it has the potential to tear families apart...what are your opinions?

I didn't catch it....but my opinion (based upon preview commercials I saw) is that the thing is staged - Jerry Springer meets Game Show Variety hour. lol

It might be staged but if the people take it too seriously it could cause problems

Yup only saw the previews as well and I think it is going to hurt a lot of people. Come on, we all have our little demons that we keep to ourselves, things we don't voice, opinions we don't say, this game is nothing short as giving a prize to the biggest **** that hurts the most people. Sorry, I'm out, will stick to NIP/TUCK, now there is a show for ya! w00t!

I saw a commercial for it, it seemed too hyped, I didn't watch it.

I saw it and I agree, the family had better be strong for this show. The questions are very personal.

it's based on a lie detector test....which are mediocre at best if not administered by a complete professional(they do the administering wrong) you can't just ask someone a random question from a lie detector test(if your nerveous at all it will say you lie) they are supposed to tell you in advance what questions they are going to ask you. explain exactly what there talking about in the question, have you resolve any unclear indictions you may get from the questions....and then hook you up and ask you the question.....so thats my opinion...i think it is staged
