Tearin through the trees
there limbs rippin at me scrambling, as I fall the rocks hitting my bones hidden night, sounds following my steps crunching the bed of the forest floor eyes searching frantically stabbin pain within my chest fingers trying to catch as I rip into open run sweat now dripping down as I feel to find my way sudden light filled my eyelids as he stood over me, rest my dear he's not here comforting words, he said to she clinging on for all I could till the visions left my head holding me tightly while I regained my senses knowing now, I'll be alright nightmares of distant past haunting me through the night thankfully I have you to put it back into perspective view. |
