I totally agree. You can't assume that your new honey has all the flaws of your last one. You have to look at him through new eyes or you might not notice something great because you're too worried about how you've been screwed over before.

When you start a new relationship with someone , you really need to leave all the drama behind , problems that was in your last relationship should never be brought up , they are history , go on and live your life , for if you bring your problems from a prior relationship into a new one , you will find yourself with the same problems all over again... leave them behind.. I totally diagree with you. I believe you should get to know the new person BUT let them know of things that bothered you in previous ones as to avoid the same problems with this relationship. Communication is KEY in all aspects of life but especially with a significant other so you can avoid misunderstandings and/or arguments. |

I had a problem with my past relationship but it was taken care of with a few shots of Penicillin so I'm not sayin a word!!!!!!

Interesting, iRon.
If I were your date, I'd just sit right down with your ex to find out what did and DIDN'T work between you two to determine whether I'd have sex with you, date you, or drop YOU on the spot!!
I mean really....if I guy IS going to haul his baggage around you might as well look inside!
