why is that sometimes i get sad when i think of my ex sleeping with another guy? i kno i dont want to be with her and to be honest i really dont even like her anymore but i still find myself jealous in a way. why is that?

i like to term this phrase the land of limbo coming out of one relationship and not finding another we have time to reflect back at times we are the loneliest once you find another relationship these moments of reflection will dissipate ...jmo

Maybe it's because you just want someone right now, and you're thinking of your ex, because she was the last person you were with. The fact that she's with someone else kinda ruins the fantasy of being with her.

I could tell you exactly why in terms of science and how your mind works, but what good will that do? Stop asking yourself WHY things are bad and start asking yourself HOW you can bring positivity into your life.
