The story goes... had an xmas party, never had that stuff friends decided a shot game was in order.. we all didn't do well at the game.. I was the one that went next door and well sort of messed up my girlfriends bathroom  stumbled back to next door to my place and most everyone was gone and we didn't know where they were but knew they had been trashed.. I passed out and stopped worrying about it..

I swear Bri it's been like forever.. Some memory losses at times but that's about it.. Like New Years for instance... I have this vague memory that we lit off fireworks at my sisters and well some of them got awfully close to our faces.. My sister says her canopy to her jacuzzi has a hole in it and her patio table cover was ruined.. I'm guessing we did!!!

I have this vague memory that we lit off fireworks at my sisters and well some of them got awfully close to our faces.. My sister says her canopy to her jacuzzi has a hole in it and her patio table cover was ruined.. I'm guessing we did!!!

And I can't. Any suggestions? 
Sometimes it's too quiet for me, so I'll turn the TV on and put the timer on, and set the volume so that I can just barely hear it, and that helps. Sometimes I need complete silence and darkness so I'll keep the TV off. If I'm still having trouble, I try to think of calm, soothing thoughts, such as the ocean, a field in the summer with wind, etc. That's what always helps me sleep, but I never really have any trouble sleeping, it's the getting up part that I struggle with. |
