When you sign in to M2 it will prompt you to answer
the query 'Allow' location, if you have not
clicked yet to 'Allow' M2 to access
your location.

If, like me, you clicked on 'No' starting months
ago, it has now changed and answering 'No' will
now get you blocked from the site.

After spending a long time trying to figure out
how to get back on M2, here is a SIMPLE way.

Click on the icon just left of your address bars
current locale (Mingle2) the dropdown menu
should have 'Location' and 'Allow'.

Once that is clicked you should be able to access
M2...as you can see, I have ;-)

With the demand for location, is this going to prevent all the scammers on this site?

They already have location with all the cookies installed on one's computer when you register for access to this site. Also your external IP address is registered every time you visit any website.

By demanding location access this throws privacy out the window. This is the ONLY site that DEMANDS location.

Is this because of NEW owners !?

Google says ownership has not changed.

With the trackers they already use, and the cookies they just want to invade your privacy even more.
The changes they have made have made it impossible to use Brave as my go to browser for this site.
If they persist in this tracking they will start to lose people that have been here a while.
