Topic: Decline In Sincere People

In modern times, it seems like there is a growing number of insincere people. People seem to think it is funny to play mind games. Women/girls and Men/boys want to be about self. After serving in the Army in Bosnia in 1996, life has taken on a whole new meaning. I wish they would grow up. So, I have joined different sites in order to find the small percentages that are tired of the games. I look forward to reading others opinions on this matter, as well as, other mind opening matters.

I honestly don't think it's a matter of being sincere or insincere...as much as a maturity thing. And in your case when you have gone through what you have...people your own age probably seem very immature....

there is an overall breakdown of civilization. People are becoming more introverted and self centered. The economies need to be constantly growing and the over working of humans is partly to blame for this.

I can Honestly Say there does seem to be a lack Of sincerity, A lot of That has to do with peoples environment.... There are a few people looking for a genuine connection, and Friendship, and there is an ocean of People screwing around, Trying to Get laid, and generally not taking anything seriously at all .... Most people can be sincere when given the opportunity, But many are so Jaded, That to actually expose any of their true self is to invite pain and rejection, and some just consider it a sign of weakness.... Sadly as people are damaged by Insincere, Selfish people they lose empathy with others, and become similar to Those same people That hurt them...... Self focused, Introverted...... and incapable of understanding Others......... Wow... i need to go to sleep.
