Recently, divorced I’m not really sure how to navigate through all this. I turned 50 in June, and I was divorced by October. We moved here because of my wife’s family and friends. I literally don’t know anyone, and I work too much to have a social life. so here I am at 50 years old all by myself. I don’t know anyone other than coworkers. The bars seem to be full of idiots these days, not really sure how this all works.

You say you "drive the baddest American muscle car ever made." That would probably be the 427 AC Cobra, or its replica.

Maybe to a millennial many better and more powerful cars since those days of carbs, and low HP/torque. LOL As to the dating question, you won't find them here but you sure can get some laughs especially when drunk reading the BS postings and emails you get from all over the world no matter how your settings are set. |

AC Cobra was powered by the "side oiler" Ford 7.0 L (427 cu in) FE engine equipped with a single 4-barrel 780 CFM Holley carburetor rated at 317 kW (425 hp; 431 PS) at 6000 rpm and 651 N⋅m (480 lb⋅ft) at 3700 rpm of torque,[12] which provided a top speed of 264 km/h (164 mph) in the standard model. The more powerful tune of 362 kW (485 hp; 492 PS) with a top speed of 298 km/h (185 mph) in the semi-competition (S/C) model.
Hardly "low horse power/torque" in a car that weighed 2,385 lbs. |

I think their only limitation is that none feature a true convertible top, except for the Superformance replicas made in South Africa. |

Poor guy was seeking legit advice and all he gets is car talk. Had to laugh...you may be right, but for people who were growing up during a "golden" era, cars were an important thing to talk about. Remember all those 60s car songs? Years ago a billboard advertisement for Corvettes read, "They Don't Write Songs About Volvos". (No offense to Volvo owners.) |

Points for the last comment in your write-up. I had a good laugh. Cheers! |
