It is terrible that many innocent children are used as human shields for their terrorist Parents, who are Hamas and Palestinians who support Hamas.
Their goal is to wipe out Israel's existence. That will never happen. Israel has a right to defend themselves by any means possible. |

So basically it seems to be a muslim problem. I realize it's become worldwide. Is it too late for a crusade ?

Student demonstrations in the United States against Israel Anger sweeps American students who oppose Israel and the war in Gaza and demand the withdrawal of funds from entities linked to Israel. The student revolution exploded and swept most of the American states. 40 universities in particular, even expanding outside the country. University of Denver. Virginia Tech University. Yale University. University of Southern California. Emory University: Faculty gathered on campus to express concerns about violent arrests that occurred on campus, as tenured professors called on the university's president, Gregory Fenves, to step down over the decision to call in state and local police to clear the university of protesters. Ohio State University: 36 protesters were arrested, after refusing dispersal orders. At the University of Texas at Austin, more than 50 people were arrested. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill: More than 75 students gathered, demanding that the university divest from companies that invest in Israel and its military operations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgQbwn0g9dU From France to Australia, university students are part of pro-Palestine protests as Columbia students continue encampments. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/4/26/are-us-campus-protests-against-israels-war-on-gaza-going-global |

War on Israel is a Muslim problem for those who still Believe and study the Quran.
Other Countries that also Believe the Quran. They want Israel wiped out completely before any Oct.7 When HAMA attacked. Israel will never be completely destroyed. Nothing is off limits in Israel's WAR against enemies trying to destroy Israel. HAMAS and Palestinians should have thought about their Children before they started the war. |

Israel's justification for its crimes of killing civilians
In the midst of the Israeli aggression against Gaza now - which human rights activists have described as genocide - the Israeli occupation army is trying to justify the killing and wounding of more than 75,000 Palestinians by saying that they were merely collateral damage. The favorite argument of pro-Israel politicians and media professionals to justify the killing of Palestinian civilians by the Israeli army and its missiles is to blame the resistance movement Hamas by claiming that it uses Palestinian women and children as human shields against the Israeli army. This image is also an attempt to shift the responsibility borne by the attacking Israeli army. The protection of civilians is one of the foundations of international humanitarian law. Even if a party in the war resorts to the use of human shields, the attacking party is still obligated to take all precautions that will reduce the number of civilian casualties. If the attacking military force finds that the harm of the military operation outweighs its benefit, it must stop it because the attack becomes prohibited under International humanitarian law. In the aggression against Gaza, Israel justified its attack on Al-Shifa Hospital, saying that there was a Hamas leadership headquarters underneath it, and that the movement used civilians there as human shields, but after the Israeli army entered the hospital, it did not find convincing arguments to justify the attack, and it bombed the civilians inside the hospital and killed them. If we examine the evidence, we find that the only party in the current conflict that used human shields, as testified and documented by humanitarian, international, and human rights organizations, is Israel. Israel used human shields for its army during the second intifada, which broke out in September 2000. Members of the Israeli army would randomly break into homes and force their residents to use them as human shields to achieve their military goals. The Israeli army also used Palestinians as human shields in 2002 by forcing them to enter the homes of persecutors to confirm their presence. Buildings suspected of being booby-trapped, making them a shield between themselves and the angry Palestinian masses to deter bullets or stones in their direction, hiding behind their backs and shooting, imprisoning them in the houses that the army stormed and taking as headquarters to prevent the resistance from attacking, and forcing them to pick up some items from the street suspected of being booby-trapped. After appeals and reports submitted by 7 human rights organizations; The Israeli Supreme Court banned this policy, and Zahava Gal-On, a deputy from the left-wing Meretz party, commented: “The Supreme Court ruled that an army in a democratic state cannot behave like terrorist gangs.” The Israeli army protested this ruling due to its desire to continue to make the Palestinians human shields, and resorted to changing the policy and making it voluntary, meaning that the army could ask the population to volunteer to serve its interests. In all the Israeli army's confrontations against the Palestinians, whether in the West Bank or Gaza, international human rights bodies have recorded many cases in which the occupation soldiers used civilians as human shields. The International Justice Organization published a lengthy report in which it said, "It did not find a single piece of evidence proving that Hamas used civilians as human shields, despite the accumulated charges levelled by Israel against the movement." During the current Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip - according to American assessments - half of the munitions and bombs dropped on the Strip are unguided. According to expert analyzes compiled by journalist Julia Frankel from the Associated Press, the Israeli war is considered one of the most deadly and dangerous wars among contemporary wars. Frankel cited the conclusions of researchers Cory Shear and Jamon van den Hoek of New York University and the University of Oregon, who are experts in mapping to assess damage during wars. The researchers found that Israel had destroyed two-thirds of the buildings in the northern Gaza Strip and a quarter of the buildings in the south of Khan Yunis. They expressed their concern about Israel's use of unguided bombs in a narrow, densely populated area, with the certainty that it would kill civilians. Researcher Nev Gordon comments that Israel, through its constant claim that 20,000 civilians were human shields, turns civilians from protected innocents into indirect participants in the war. He added, "Including an entire people under the name of human shields violates many of the legal limits set to protect civilians, and expands the scope of the violence that Israel uses against the Palestinians." Human rights experts believe that calling 20,000 civilians “human shields” while continuing to bomb them with bombs not intended to kill them is an example of how Israel uses legal terminology to give an atmosphere of legitimacy to its actions that violate international humanitarian law. Others give an example of this, saying, “If a terrorist uses civilians as human shields in a building in central Paris or New York, for example, does it make sense to destroy the entire building in the center of the city?” Source: Al Jazeera |

Some Students are starting to get arrested in Some States. Because Israel is not doing genocide and Young People think they can Rule by Protesting and making Unrealistic demands on the Colleges and Universities. They will not succeed!
Many Students may get expelled in future should they not comply to Rules to remove themselves from Campuses. Israel will continue their War! Terrorists will be destroyed by any Means Possible. They may have to get more LAW enforcement involved to help Remove those in violation. |

Israel has long been accused of acting with impunity in the Palestinian territory it occupies, relying on support from the United States and the broader West to protect it from repercussions.
Yet a recent flurry of media reports out of Israel indicates that Israeli officials may be worried about the winds changing with the International Criminal Court (ICC) reportedly planning to charge top Israeli military and political figures with war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza https://www.aljazeera.com/features/2024/5/1/why-would-israel-and-its-allies-fear-the-icc |

I think both sides in this war have let the high-ground rise above them. The initial raid was horrible - doing things that are too bad to mention on this site without breaking the rules.
I can understand why Israel is unwilling to stop their retaliation until all captives have been returned - but then there is what provoked the attack in the first place. I blame religion (both of them). The ridiculous thing is though - they worship the same God. Christianity was a child of Judaism and the Muslim religion was born out of Christianity. They are just arguing over whose version of their God is right. |

The entire Gaza Strip is nothing more than an open air prison . The number of refugee camps and the population they are home to is staggering . Israel have literally herded displaced Palestinians to Rafah at the southern tip . Their situation is hopeless .. For Israel to now attack Rafah is shameful and unethical . It cannot be allowed to happen .
