I'm in San Antonio and they did fireworks, too. I thought it was pretty cool. Better then smoking my last cigarette of 2007 staring into city lights.

i live near a military base and they are doing fireworks right now. i live alone and am disabled and i jump everytime one goes off.

I've got 3 sleeping kids... 2 of mine and my ex's daughter... what a sad sucker I am. The kicker- his EX girlfriend (the mom) asked me to babysit.
Sigh.  
Fireworks. Snow. Crap. I just wanna blast my music and drown out the night. But the kids are sleeping. Urgh.
