You sound PERFECT *sigh*
This is a serious opinion poll, I'm looking for honest answers from the ladies. Maybe you can tell me why it seems so dammm difficult to find a woman who would want to at least start a good friendship in person and see where things lead. I have, what I think to be some great qualities in a man. I am.. Honest, genuine, sincere, loyal, good sense of humor, a man of my word, depndable, romantic, caring, spontanious, adventurous, financially secure, not a flake, etc, etc. My idea of a romantic evening would be one like talking an evening stroll on the beach, after having a nice dinner out. Sitting, watching the sunset, letting her lean back on my chest while we sit and I just hold her, we talk, laugh, be playful, I might sneak some little kisses in on her neck and cheek from time to time. Maybe give her a little something to remember the evening, like a special flower or token of some kind. So with this information..can you tell me why it seems to be so tough for me to meet a woman who would enjoy this? Am I going in a wrong direction? Is it my physical appearence? I know I';m no Bradd Pitt type and I'm not real tall, but I am in decent shape and have lots of energy. I think I am able to communicate well and hold a good conversation. So whats my deal?? I have been told by all my friends, who have known me some 20+ years, I'm a very "nice" guy and a great friend. So whats missing for me!!?? This is an honest sincere question and would appreciate some feedback.

Try making sure you give them a little bit of the BADBOY because all women like a bit of the badboy. They swoon all about dinners and romance etc., but they like to be spanked. 
HEY..I am just keeeeeeding...... LOL..ya I know what you mean there. And I have that side too! I just keep that side locked away until I find the right woman.  Oh then she knows I'm "frisky and risky"!
But I gotta keep that part undercover, because once its out, it's like trying to get a lion back in the cage. So I just don't announce that to everyone...only to a woman I am interested in and have gotten to know. Have never had any problems in that area.

LOL..Natura is a VERY SMALL place just east of HWY 75 around Oklmulgee. I have a friend who has a recording studio out there. David Teegarden (was the drummer for Bob Seger in the Silver Bullet band, won his grammy for the "Against the Wind" album) The name of the studio is Natura Digital Studios. Its actually at his farm house out there...he made the studio inside an old metal barn, so you think its just a barn looking from the outside. It's kinda cool and it is really a good studio. Was not sure how close you were to there since you said you live about an hour south of Tulsa. Maily very small towns down that way and most everyone knows everyone.

I would have to say with this way of communicating we tend to judge and twist the writing and voice tone of others because its just an open book. Sometimes the way we read it is not at all how it is meant. I also think this is kind of a game for people and it keeps them busy so they don't have to be "really there." I also have found I get no response when I write to poeple and no follow thru...it just drifts away like the tide. Its just weird is all I know. This site is nice because we become friends and it takes all the pressure away because we get to know each other first. Pretty neat.

Especially when people "read into something" and it get's twisted and its not really what that person meant to say. It can be very tough at times, because you can;t see that person's expresssions or tone, etc. I am a practical joker and LOVE slapstick comedy. But that is very tough to do in "type" because the tone and expressions cannot be related to the other person. I also agree, I have met some great people here on JSH and that I am very thankful for. My "work" keeps me sitting at computers all day..so its a nice place to take up that "dead time" I can have.

Thank you for that compliment! It's been mainly distance has been the problem here for me. I have seen MANY women I would be very interested in approaching..but not from 3,000 miles away. I have tried long distance relationship before..and its just not for me. I want to be close enough that if something was to happen, I can be there in person for her at a moments notice. And that "see you once or twice a month" thing, would just get me frustrated. And I want to be able to look into her eyes when we talk..and I'm NOT talking web cam!

I know you were soliciting opinions from women, but seriously, you sound like a terrific guy with lots of good interests and from some of the feedback you have gotten from the ladies on here, you can see it is just a matter of opportunity for you. That opportunity will come along. It is a possibility that you fit in the "nice guy" category, which although verbally women say they all want that the reality is the arrogant pinheads get the attention because for some reason women are most attracted to confidence. (Ladies, correct me, if I am wrong.) Do you feel confident and show it? This MIGHT be what is missing.
