Im walking away from a 5 year off an on relationship an i dont no where to go from here or even what to do ... Any answer's.. Does it get easier ?

Time heals many things...hang in there. And the right man will help too.

all you can do is learn from it
that doesn't mean close your self off from people
or new experiences there are some good guys still out there

time heals all wounds. just find something to occupy your time with and try to forget about it. just move on and you will be ok. it is hard at first but yes it does get easier.

As long as you don't walk back to that same relationship and make it 6 yrs on and off you will be heading in the right direction.

Honestly it kinda sucks at first. My wife and I are divorcing after being together for over 8 years and the last few months have been crazy. Luckily I have some of the best friends in the world and they all told me to take some time to figure out who I am without her. When you're with someone that long you lose a lot of yourself and become a couple so you NEED some alone time so you can get back to being yourself again. And as far as dating goes just try not to get attached yet. You may want someone to latch onto to get that feeling back but it's not worth it. Anyway, I hope things work out for you. And yes, it does get easier

no im not the kind of person to just date some one i need to know them first .. I lost all my self confidence an im scared to be with any one for that matter so it will be a long wile

One thing that helped me a lot is cuttin that person out of my life!!! No contact so I have nothing to look back to

just remember that the **** you had to go through with him isnt worth it and there are much better that do care for you and will treat you like you should be and give you what you are looking for out there

Its like I told my last girlfriend of 6 years,..
EVEN a DOG will run away if YOU KICK IT ENOUGH, and she KICKED me enough....But NOW i wished I had left earlirer like the 2 nd year,,,lol She just got worse and I just over-looked her bads....I hope YOU can STOP your PAIN...

Just remember, there is a guy out there somewhere that will want to reciprocate your affection, and not expect you to be the only one that is giving. Anyone gets burned out when they are the only one doing the giving.

Takes alot of time for 5 years. Try to stay busy to keep ur mind off things
