What a shame the current state of the world is in today. Can't just everyone get along. We are all human beings. More unity in local communities. Meetings, communication, helping one another in this day in age. We don't need anymore negativity. yeah unity brings progress |

On the other hand letβs be realistic guys, how many of you has now a partner of the other race? (White and black)? I bet itβs not more than 10%β¦.. if any I don't know percentages, but what does this have to do with being after money?? Number of mixed race relationships is another topic. It has nothing to do with the money topic, I just find it quite contradictory when everyone is talking about the race not being of a matter in relationships while very few have overcome this and had/ have a relationship with a person from the other race. Actually itβs not only here but also in the real world. True, but I don't see anything wrong with that either. And it could be that many come up with a politically correct reply since being politically correct is the new fad. But I think resistance against mixed race relationships exists among all parties. I just happened to be watching a series where something happened that upset black people as a whole and their first reaction is becoming 100% racist and displaying hate of white people. I also remember the Cosby Show where one of the kids at some point came home with a white friend or BF/GF. Lot of upheaval, also among the audience, as it was just not done to get a white person on a black show! So I think it is a thing among all races to not like this. For me it's the cultural differences and in many cases it would also be religious difference. Not for me as it's totally incompatible with my views and lifestyle as a spiritual person. It would only cause friction. That also goes when a potential partner is Caucasian but very religious. And another thing, in many cultures woman is still subservient to man. Not acceptable either. So there are many reasons that don't have anything to do with colour of skin. I love culture, but don't want the differences it brings in my love relationship. Been there, done that :) |
