There is a causal relationship between staying up late yapping and not being able to concentrate at work the next day.

This comes with the prerequisite that one actually does focus at work to begin with.

I put in 40+ years at a job, just so I could choose my food, bunkmate and clothing. Supposedly that's called freedom. As some wit itemized prisoners don't have to login/out, do laundry, cook their own food, wear an id tag (stencilled on the shirt, ya?), pay taxes, pay for medical, raise children, return books to the library, go to war, sometimes wonder how to survive until payday,.....mayhap we should force them to change places. --Really though, FREEDOM is more than just another word for "nothing left to lose".
