That doesn't work when you try to update your location and they have the incorrect city listed for the zip code, and they refuse to change it!

That doesn't work when you try to update your location and they have the incorrect city listed for the zip code, and they refuse to change it! Have you tried to input your location manually? That has worked for me in the past.

Where is the customer service contact these legitimate questions aren’t getting through to anyone. Faulty website not impressed!
