Dude be careful what you say on here. Make a seperate email for this site. As you will just end up with a load of spam. Hate to sound negative but most of the ppl I have spoke on here have either been fake, hookers, cam girls and those who try to get info out of you. Won't surprise me if their are any Catfish on here also.

Hi terry ..welcome to mingle waving the forums can be a fun way to spend time and get to know regular posters .

@nick .. there really is no need to give out an email address.. the site provides every user with a private message system . Don’t click on links to other dating sites advertising women . Stay onsite ., Most dating sites have the issues you mentioned. If you are sensible , use your filters and be selective about who you respond to ... your experience here may be more positive . There are real people on mingle and you will quickly develop a sense of who is real and who is not. Be realistic in your expectations .

Best of luck to both of you .

Welcome on board Terry, we hope to see more of you in the forums too...

@Nick: Sorry that you've had a bad experience! As Blondey111 rightly pointed out, as long as you don't give out your personal mail id, phone number or go to any external links that you receive in your inbox here, it's a safe place to be in.

Thanks for the advice, I am usually a cautious person anyways and I suppose being very new to the online scene is making me more so, been looking around different sites but one thing a lot of them have in common is they want money, money, money, I know sites are a commercial enterprise but some try to lure you in them bam give give give lol, I have recently been widowed after 33 years of marriage, so I like to think I know right from wrong, good from bad but advice given from more experience is always worth its weight, thank you again.
