I am very sad to hear how you are feeling these days my friend.
There is not much I can tell you what to do. The only things I can say would probably sound trite and over used. But I can tell you that at seventy years old, and closer to the end than the beginning, I have myself gone through times when my brain felt like scrambled eggs, and I thought there would be no relief. But time passes and the sun will shine again. Trust me on this. Breath, sit in the sunshine, take a long walk, go to the market and buy yourself some Turkish delights ,smell the flowers, and watch the little ones play in your garden, have a beer or three. And talk, talk to your friends, talk to your parents, especially your parents. Tell them how you are feeling. Cry a bit. Cry a lot if you feel like it. Howl at the moon if the mood strikes you. Sing in the shower. Show some love to little pistachio, and talk to her. Write in your mono. Life is life.. it is not always easy, but it is good to be alive. Take care my friend. |

My 3 days time is blank. Crying. Not knowing what to do. Loosing temper and nerve. Crying.
