Yes it's quite a view, facing directly East. Out the back of the terrace is the road that comes up from the valley, a retaining wall and a thirty to forty foot cliff with a farm on the top. I really enjoy living here

@ Delightful & Seamus, Thank you!! Is it also true that if it rains in Scotland it rarely last an entire day? I read that in my book on Scotland but of course don't know if this is accurate. Just mentally preparing and gathering info 
It may not happen this year yet due to the current situation. I have decided to go by train to London, get on the nighttrain to Scotland. Not risking vertigo in a boat or flight! I'll likely do most by public transport but I might rent a car after all for a few days. For instance, I'd really like to go to Fort Williams area, but from Inverness this is quite the journey by bus. No train. By car it's not that far or long a drive. And renting a car for a few days, or maybe even a day, should be possible financially. I hope. Not true Crystal. It can rain for days on end here. Fort William is just a small place, nothing much surrounds it except for moors really and for that reason I’d head further up towards Inverness area instead. There’s Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, Culloden, Fort George, Black Isle and plenty more to see in that area. Let me know nearer the time when you’re planning on coming

Ah, okay. I'd actually wanted to see that Jacobite train and railway there. And I thought there was something else in that area, but now cannot recall what, haha.
