After 4 days without power I'm cleaning. Had to throw away most of the food in the fridge and freezers. Gotta clean them with bleach then go buy more groceries. On a different note, due to the lack of light, I lost balance and fell down the stairs. Yeah it hurt. So on top of the food loss, I am doing everything with bruises all down my right side and yeah, it still hurts. Sure was nice to get a hot shower tho. I feel bad tho, my GF's parents still have no power or water (electric pump on their well). I loaded her up with gallons of water today and offered them to come over for supper but her mom is in the hospital and her dad is on O2. I offered to bring some hot supper by but they declined. My GF did manage to take the time to grab a shower before she went back over there. She looks pretty frazzled so I make her laugh, lightened her mood. Take care! And great that you managed to cheer her up a bit.

You are down there more or less in the path of all the hurricanes aren't you? The end of the hurricane season is almost here hopefully. Stay safe my friend.

Only Zeta hit close ta home. All the others promised a blow job but reneged. 
Aside from the power loss it was pretty cool to see. As it was dying down the neighborhood kids were all outside with their flashlights (round 1 am). A couple trees fell in the road out front and sure enough...,  some idiot texting and driving too fast slammed into the trees and messed his car up.
I laughed out loud, a little louder than normal - then he got out of his car and started cussing out the tree! I was cracking up. 
Every other car & truck just slowed down and pulled onto the sidewalk to get around it. |

put together a bed ...for my outside cat ... to be warm ... wondering if he will even use it ...
and cleaned out my fire pit ... noticed we got a dusting of snow ...it is very cold out there

Been scouring my external hard drives looking in my movie collections to find any and all Christmas related movies so I can make a Christmas 2020 movie playlist.
So far I've found abot 160 Christmas movies and most of them are Christmas horror movies. On a sad note, one of the web crawlers I use to search for streaming movie links has closed down. Gunna miss it. But on a lighter note, found another. It cost me about $280 to replace the food I lost when my power went out. Gave my neighbor my wifi password last night. He's been out of work nearly all last month. Hope it helps. My GF had to run home again. Her mom fell and now she is bed-ridden again. I think its wonderful she spends as much time as possible with her parents. They are both in poor health. My son called earlier. Told me "You really did it now, dad". Back when he visited last I asked my lil grandson if he could feel my head. So he put his hand on my forehead and I asked him if I had to poop. Right away, so seriously, he said "Yes". Well now, he puts his hand on people's foreheads and tells them they have to poop. He did it to his daycare teacher. Hahahaha! |

They say several months before all tree fall and debris gets removed most small businesses aren't reopening. Car shops are busy repairing damage from hitting roadside debris, but no ne slows down. IDK |
