Planning a meal for tonight of steamed salmon with king prawns in a white sauce,cabbage,green beans and broccoli.

Yesterday Mexican style - nachos with minced meat in a spicy chili sauce, corn and red beans baked with Emmental cheese, homemade salsa and guacamole. Today chicken breast in spinach sauce with vegetables and fries (fries for my son)

Grilled salmon with...? You can serve it with whatever you like, vegetables (grilled or steamed), baked potatoes with garlic butter or potato gratin. I like it with tagliatelle in spinach sauce. Lemon and dry or semi-dry white wine are always good idea

Yesterday I made flam for the other cook, the bartender and myself, and a chicken burger with fries for the waiter. My son at home ate sandwiches he made himself. Today I will find out what I will make to eat

Had two servings of salmon. One skinless, grilled plain and delicious. The other was also grilled. It had some sort of spicy sauce and herbs on it. The salmon was overpowering and a waste of money from the grocery store.
