Hmmm... well, it's up to you. In essence it short and okayish, but there is a bit of an underlying vibe of 'too easy' and "willing to roll over to get/keep you".
That from saying "if I AM lucky to find you". Why shouldn't HE be lucky to find you? Men look for a woman that makes them feel they 'won' someone special, not a 'I'll do anything for you' woman.
And willing to relocate... that's fine, but I'd add something that says 'provided that...'. So it's clear you're not going to pack up your bags and quit your job for any Tom Dick Harry or A-hole that comes along. HE has to be special in order for you to make that (big!!) step.

But that's me.

Oh and of course don't say "proved that..." That would sound harsh. Make it a bit playful but still exuding the energy that you aren't going to just roll over.
