Hello! I was born in the USSR, and 1977 when I was IV years old, the Apple corporation created the Apple logo from my photo. I and my parents didnt know that. I came to SF to study film making 1997 and didnt know that Apple corporation planed to pay me my salary 1999. I wasn't found by Apple corporation in SF and I didnt get salary. I geaduated college, made movies, wrote books, and suddenly I was attacked with priposal to commit suicide in my apt. (It was cult of Sofia Coppola and Putin that hated me, from jealousy, they made film Virgin suicides, and attacked me for some reason), I went to police and found out Steve Jobs was dying from cancer. I went to his house in Palo Alto, met him, he confirmed that Apple owes me salary, and since then I dont have any way to contact Apple corporation to get my salary, because I was pushed out of SF by Putins, terrorists, Obama's secret service.

How I can collect my salary from Apple? I and my father and his sublings working for Apple without getting payment since 1976.

Okay, the first thing you need to do is obtain Form #62849/b\AS-HLE.26 and make sure you get a receipt for the form and a receipt for your receipt.
