i only wish to say im thankful to no your a part of this world If a person here is totally depressed, they need to seek professional help. Also you'll do much better here with women when you can write coherent sentences and improve your spelling and grammar. |

Depression can be simple or severe.
Sometimes simple depression feels severe. If you are concerned its prudent to talk to a professional. Try to realize depression is a monster you feed. If you stop feeding it the monster fades. Only you can determine the best method to stop feeding that monster and professional assistance is not only wise but often necessary. I can attest depression can be beaten. I used both professional guidance and personal reflection to identify and stop the triggers. It was work and required personal dedication and discipline but it worked. Seek and find contentment and allow your emotional states (highs & lows) to be temporary as they are naturally. Happiness is not the opposite of depression, contentment is. |

Stop wanting things, people and situations.... get out of your head and look around at what is already there -appreciate it -affect everything and everyone positively -learn or re-learn contentment and the natural state of happiness.
It really is our natural state. We think it is not and it must be achieved. We just have to allow it and avoid distractions from it. Even realizing that you are presently not in a good state -and need to heal -rather than thinking you are wrong for not being 100% can help make you more happy. |

Spend time in nature -as much as you can where you are -and go out (or even when staying in while social distancing) with the purpose of looking for opportunities to do good.
Some destroy each other and the world. Some do nothing while wanting things to be better. Some make others and the world better. Which do you think are happy? |
