I'm a paid member and after editing my profile on July 1 and clicking save, it completely disappeared.
I messaged Mingle2 using the Contact Us link and asked if my profile could be restored as I'm sure there are backup's kept.
I've heard nothing back yet.
Can I get some assistance with this?

well the profile you are posting from was created Mon 05/11/20
so i would say they fixed it already

You are posting in the forums and logging in, according to Upper Admin you have been sending messages with no problems. The account you are on at this time shows you are a Paid member..

If you edited your profile and it did not save, then it was due to either there was a glitch with the site or you clicked to another area before it had time to save it....

Therefore just try to update your profile again and make sure you click the save button and let it complete it..

As I lost my profile, is there any way to restore it by Mingle2 staff?
I haven't tried to edit it again in the hope that my missing profile is stored on a backup.
Just seeking a little assistance from Mingle2's tech support.

If it was only a matter of not saving my profile after an edit, it should have reverted to what was there previously before the edit.
Instead only a few words remain of my original profile, the rest disappeared.
I'm going to take a wild guess that no one is going to be able]willing to help me.
I kind of figured that out when I didn't get an a response from my message to the powers that be.
Mingle staff appear only to answer questions here and don't bother reading or replying to the Contact Us web form.
