One of the most useful things that you can do is set your mail filters to the age range that you prefer. It won't prevent views or likes but it will prevent them messaging you.

3 things I noticed. First of course is there is no photo which is the main part of any profile. Secondly there is no interests listed. Thirdly, some profiles will be passed over when there is "no answer" listed on any category.

The first 2 comments should be removed. VERY negative. The rest is also negative, has a depressing feel. Try to get it more positive, even if you don't feel that way. This way you won't attract anything much or good as you sound chronically depressed.
And add a photo.
Oh and introducing "girls can also get in touch" comes off as very weird. First impression is you are bisexual and if I was a guy i'd be off. Start that with "since I'm also looking for friends..." then you don't have that effect.

No text. = No sex
No interests = No birds nests (couldn't think of a rhyme!)
