I walk every morning on a mountain trail. Not only is it good exercise it helps to control blood pressure.

Iām an early riser as it is. Prefer to workout first thing in the morning. I have the entire day to do as I please.

Never. Even when younger my body didn't like to move and workout in the morning. My body needs to wake up. Apparently how it works best.
So I prefer to work out early in the evening. I'm an evening person. There isn't much I hate in life, but I do hate early mornings. |
