With ask this corona going on figured it's time to do some at home workouts only issue is I don't really know what I'm supposed to be doing to get certain goals do have a small weight set and elastic bands I've seen countless videos on YouTube countless different exercises yada yada yada I want my butt to get bigger thicker thighs and be more defined as well any help would greatly be appreciated

Just take a backpack and fill it up with something heavy after you warm up with five minutes of aerobic work. Do 12 lunges Followed by 12 repetitions of a core or arm exercise, and then Rest 1 minute. Repeat three times. This is called 3 paired sets of 12 reps.
Make up your own exercise. Get a diagram of human musculoskeletal anatomy and be creative. Use muscle groups from all over the body, with particular emphasis on one different muscle group each day. Good to exercise every other day, or use different muscle groups every good to exercise every other day, or the next day use different muscle groups. Do squats paired with another exercise. Pulling legs apart, Another exercise pushing them together. If you bend over to lift something, keep the back concave upwards, because this protects the back. Don’t let a weight wear you out before eight repetitions, as this can strain. The rest is for the most part intuitive. Have fun. |

To get stronger, thicker glutes, Start with light squats, and progressively work heavier, preferably a power lifting routine WITH PROPER FORM... What you eat, and form with your lifting is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE, because of immune system and injury... also, don't forget the other parts of the legs.
Working the whole body is a must, also to keep from getting injured, and being over-all strong. If you want some cuts with size, more a bodybuilder's routine... I do a bit of both. more 3 sets of 8 though... We have lots of info in our group if I don't directly have a specific answer. and recipes! |

I have been working out for years. The best thing to do is a full body workout with some cardio. Do not do the same routine every day. You need general fitness. Muscle will develop after a while by adding more weight to those areas or focusing a bit more on them later.
If you have not worked out in a while this is the best approach. These are the ones you may want to consider. Body Fit by Amy Fitness Blender Body Project Has Fit There are many good ones. Pick some trainers you like. And, I do agree with another poster. Form is THE most important thing in fitness. |

Utube is also good to watch, just key in what you're wanting to focus on and there will be plenty to choose from
