See that's perfect for you!
And exactly what I've been talking about... take 5 minutes for yourself and your body we may be paying for our misspent youth but it sure was fun at the time and we've still got the memories! |

maybe a few done but a bit differently

Okay, I did my first 5 minutes, was closer to 10 though, so I'll take two hours to rest now
Just kidding. The yard needs raking so that will be my 5 minutes per hour exercise today. |

Woohoo way to go river
I use a gas blower here on the leaves, works pretty good and my Fitbit counts it as cardio |
yes but does the wind un doing it count as well ????

It was quite a workout, I'm glad it's five minutes at a time, lol.
Raking works well to loosen the soil. We're expecting rain, so it will help the grass grow better... then eric can get some exercise mowing |
see see i don't need to make exercises
someone else keeps making it for me |

always thinking river
And Eric, I blow them into a pile and then use the rake to pick them up and dispose of them |

I've not done my walk, the wind is too strong and cold. I have done some 5 minutes of indoor steps a la Leslie Sansone.
And just now had to go outdoors to put the ratchet straps around the gates to steady them because the wind has turned and directly on them. That's at least 5 minutes of fitness again, hihi. Getting through my knees and all to do the bottom one. |

Two more 10 to 15 minute sets of raking. My arms are definitely feeling it I'm about three quarters done, so a couple more times and the front and side yard will be done. I think I'll save the backyard for another day.

so lemme guess i have lots of 5 min piles to cart away when i get done work
Of course not, I'm using the lawn mower thingy to scoop up the piles and dump them over the fence.
ahhh so i have one big pile that needs to be moved away from the fence instead
Fine, I'll leave the last pile for you.

I know the walking is beneficial for your back and being outside in the fresh air is always good. Hopefully the winds stop and the weather warms up for you soonβ€ |
