Looks like a lot of friends would be very happy haha.
We do of course not go to dangerous areas or countries. Plenty of countries that are safe. I know as I two English friends go there regularly, to different countries too, but safe ones only. The experience they've had! The animals of course, but also made friends there in remote villages where they don't even have electricity or brick houses. Being invited to stay there, share in the food, the whole village celebrating, singing, playing guitar (5 strings only, the 6th missing, hihi). Monkeys in their hotel room as they had to learn to close the windows at night. That I would not like. I hate monkeys. They scare me. But such friendly people everywhere, beautiful country and animals. I think it's a country that would stay in your heart forever. But that's me, we are all different, and that's good. |

I've been to Africa (you didn't say where in Africa).
I have no interest in traveling abroad basically because of everything you gotta go thru to do it. I won't even fly anywhere anymore. I don't even have a passport anymore. Aside from the insanity involved with such a trip, I'm not healthy enough to enjoy it. I'm restricted to virtual visits now. A real trip like that would probably kill me. If I won such a trip I would give the tickets away to someone who wants them and could enjoy it. |
