I think this is only for people in the United States. Have you had something mailed to you from Ipsos Research Center? It's a knowledgePanel. I received it in the mail recently and wonder if it is legitimate.

If they sent you a prepaid return envelope, you can just send it back to them with no information filled in. Or just return to sender.

They did send me 3 dollar bills

Do you really need 3 one dollar bills from a shady company? If you send that back also, I suggest that you wash them first. No need to give them your fingerprints.
