Thinking dang it, I forgot to get more St. Patty's Day stuff to wear to work, all I have is my "Kiss me I'm Irish" headband... given what's going on right now with the virus, it's probably not a good idea to be kissing strangers.

I know it sounds ridiculous 
But it's been his thing for the past several weeks, he's so happy when he brings me one, and hey a banana never hurt anyone! So I've been indulging him. But no bananas to be found

Have you tried looking in the farmer's market? Everything is shut down here due to the virus..... but I've got my eye on some green ones that are growing wild
I'm just concerned on what he'll fixate on next  if he don't have his bananas

Grab the wild ones, lol. That does make it tough, pretty much everything is shutting down here too except the stores, but it might not be long before that happens too. Is there anything that you have an unlimited supply of? It might be possible to steer his fixation to that. |

Example.. took nail clippers from him... he'd clip and clip and clip till he bled.... So then he tried using knives 
Took all of them away.... Next ... he's found pliers and is trying to peel his fingernails off Bananas was much safer! Although I've found them and the stems in the oddest places ..

Wow. Well are the wild ones on private property? If not, grab a branch or two and plant them in your yard. Anyways, I feel for you and really hope it works out okay. And that his next fixation is something safer.
