It's for posts that don't belong... wrong forum area, multi-post, or some other reason the post isn't valid.

bgeorge. It is evaluated after a report by the JSH admins. If the post deserves deletion they delete it, otherwise it stays.
Also, they can delete profiles that are not within the JSH profile acceptance rules... or that send you nasty e-mails. |
