Like a meanie... I stopped in my old workplace to negotiate employment terms and my old boss told me the lady I used to work with was pleasantly surprised I've been so nice to her the last several times I've come into the store. The boss lady said that was good and let her know I might be working there again. The lady's eyes got really big and she she said, "Okay, I'll try not to ask her anything or talk too much, I'll just say hi and bye". Guess I need to work on how I interact with co-workers a little bit. Also feel valued, negotiations went well, she met my terms as far as scheduling and will give me a pay raise if I come back. I don't understand the first part?? Was she saying you talk too much or did I get it wrong? No, she talks too much, lol. It's someone who also lives in the same trailer park as me. She started at the gas station shortly after me, last year. She's a major gossip and one day I got pretty abrupt with her about not being okay with that. Then she started asking me personal business and again I got abrupt and told her I'm not there to chit chat, I'm there to work. It ended up causing a little tension and awkwardness the rest of the time I worked there. I did apologize for my abruptness, but we still bumped heads a couple times. She's really a sweetie, just doesn't know how to mind her own business and I wasn't exactly nice about it.

Great, had a good Christmas, but now quite tired. It was great with my son and mom, but my son is sooooo busy, non-stop talking, very intense, and after several hours it just wears me out. Had to scrape ice of the windscreen at my son's? Haven't had that in years, hihi. 11 a night now, warm chocolate milk.

Feeling good about my decision to leave my current job and start back at the gas station/convenience store next week. I'll be starting on the 31st, a good way to begin the new year. My manager was very understanding and sorry to see me go, but agreed that I need to do what's best for me and my physical well being. Tomorrow will be my last day there.

It's sometimes a difficult decision to leave a job. But there is always good opportunities taking on a new job. Good luck then

Christmas at my sibling's in Florida always resulted in a migraine... thank goodness I got to work the last few years I was down there, lol.

They were pretty much all recovering from it. Still, worth it.

Some kind of chest thing going around. They were pretty much all recovering from it. Still, worth it. I imagine so! And it's that time of year, seems to be going around here as well. Fortunately my resistance is much higher than it was last year.
