Although I'm sleepy because of the coffee which i drank I can not sleep.

Stuffed... I can't believe I ate the whole plate of food, I usually eat like a bird. Guess I was hungry.

Full, Content, Relaxed. After the Thanksgiving feast, I am stuffed, I couldn't eat another bite... oooh, did someone say pie?
Restless.

Refreshed. Just been out for a walk to the supermarket and took a little detour back. It's a bit nippy, but the sun is shining so quite nice :)

feel bored!

Kinda exhausted after putting up the Christmas tree, haha. Unfolding all the branches and twigs one by one, struggling 20 mins to unravel a cord of lights -and fail-, then the rest...
But... the tree is done! |

Harder, better, faster, stronger.

Restless, need to do something constructive today. |
Stressed...

Happy! It was good to have gone out for a bit :)

But... the tree is done! But the main thing Crystal is you put a tree up. And an artificial one is better since you don't after to water it and lug it out for the garbage man when Christmas is over with. I applaud you for keeping the Christmas spirit by putting a tree up. Myself, I just can't get into that spirit with both parents gone now. It just isn't the same anymore. I am not a Scrooge by any means but this time of year just brings out the empty feeling. OT: Hungry so I guess it will be a between lunch and dinner snack for me. |

OT: Hungry so I guess it will be a between lunch and dinner snack for me. I've always put up a Christmas tree. I've had some tougher Christmases, like the first one after I'd had to leave our home due to my divorce. Living in a chithole temporarily with two kids, 9 and 11, trying to keep the spirit up but failing. Thank goodness my mother came over to help keep at least some good cheer going. And I've had a tough Christmas when still with my ex when he didn't want to celebrate it with me. But when single and alone, not suffering over some guy (grin) I'm totally fine. To be honest, I think it's worse -and only gets worse- when you do nothing. It's those little things in life that help us live it fully, like decorating your home. We have this Dutch saying: life is a party but you got to put up the bunting yourself! I come from a tradition of putting bunting up on B-days, I've done that for me even when alone. Just not the last 2 yrs due to physical problems. But bleep, does it make you feel good to do that!! It's just for me, it looks great, it's joy, love, happiness! And danged if I'm not worth that! That's my standpoint in life :) But not to worry, I'll light a candle for you and I'll ask the angels to shower you with love |
