What's going on in the Amazon Brazil is horrible! So much rainforest is being lost, aside from the regular loss per day for farming, and the future prospect of this isn't very promising for our planet...
This rainforest is 20% of the lungs for Earth, producing oxygen, reducing CO2. Brazilian president doesn't care, is in bed with Trump 
But this is a real disaster, ruining unique plant life, animals, and a threat to especially the many indigenous people. And the oxygen and CO2 problem... If you wish you can help by sending Light or prayers and lots of love, especially if you also light a candle. You can do this repeatedly if it matters to you! It does help as many people are doing this, spiritual communities are doing more specific things even so you're not alone! I did so myself last night with a large group of people and am continuing to do so myself. Bless you for helping and bless the Amazon!

I watched this on the news last night, terrible. it's possibly started deliberately to by farmers. The rain forest contributes 20% of the world's oxygen! Yes, it is really really bad! And indeed the farmers... And the president want to industrialize the rainforest more. Lord knows what he had to do with it. More important now than politics is to get the fires doused. And pray that trees will be replanted as soon as possible. But the loss of wildlife etc. etc. is beyond belief. Not to mention the amount of smoke getting in the atmosphere. This really is some serious stuff and hardly anyone seems to care about it. It's only now getting in the Dutch media more while it's been burning up for 3 weeks and the fire is racing through the forest at the speed of light! |

it appears that the steady March toward self annihilation by mankind continues...planet earth can certainly manage/survive without humans and it may be yet proven...
the race is on - pollute the oceans beyond recovery or eliminate the plant life beyond recovery... absolutely amazing!!! |

America can contribute greatly to turning this around by voting the right president into office next year. Your rule in this, the future of the planet is unimaginably big, and I don't think Americans know it! But since the ones in power on the planet reside there, they manage to ram stuff down other countries' throats that ruins all the good they had achieved concerning the environment, climate, health, and so on. With a president who's in bed with these people/organisations it ain't looking good. And YOU lot can vote another one into office... I'm not saying it's entirely up to you but you have a huge part to play in this all. |

Yes, it's really a disaster. It's unreal that so few people take an interest and/or understand the implications of this... Being the largest rainforest on the planet, not only does it produce much of our oxygen, it also absorbs -and thus reduces- much of our CO2 levels. I posted about it everywhere, but hardly anyone responds to it. So sad... |

Yes, it's really a disaster. It's unreal that so few people take an interest and/or understand the implications of this... Being the largest rainforest on the planet, not only does it produce much of our oxygen, it also absorbs -and thus reduces- much of our CO2 levels. I posted about it everywhere, but hardly anyone responds to it. So sad... It’s us humans to protect it that means to protect ourselves I prayed the fire  is under control as soon as possible and more people realize its importance

The French and irish presidents announced today that unless they sort it out there trade deal that has just been agreed could be in jeopardy!
Well, considering it's taken the European union 20 to make a deal I doubt very much that Brazil will give a chit! Which just shows how useless the European union is

What I understood from I think CNN was that he indeed doesn't give a chit about threats concerning trade. I don't know who they mostly trade with, if it's America he probably doesn't have to be concerned. I saw him in another clip -also CNN I think- being overly chummy together. |

What I understood from I think CNN was that he indeed doesn't give a chit about threats concerning trade. I don't know who they mostly trade with, if it's America he probably doesn't have to be concerned. I saw him in another clip -also CNN I think- being overly chummy together. Yes your right. try watching a couple of other channels crystal, like sky or bbc 24, what they say varies so much
