Well I was dreading working 11 hours outside while there's a heat advisory... But then Crystal reminded me of today being the Summer Solstice and all the energies coming in so now I'm looking forward to it and will focus on the energy rather than the other stuff. Thanks Crystal 
You're very welcome! Allow the light / energies to come into your Navel chakra esp if you think of it. Very important to shift to higher vibrations. Has to do with creation & manifestion of your dreams & visions, and relating to others. Very important chakra for ascension and esp now during Summer Solstice.

Totally gloriously wonderful!
I did my 2 Summer Solstice / Lord Vosloo meditations, carefully planned this so I was in higher states, lol, during the moment supreme, which over here was 5.54 pm (GMT+2) It was grand!

Pretty good chance I have carpal tunnel and I'm a writer... I'm lost... if this gets worse... It's not that I haven't swam deeper oceans to keep going on for shore or took a deep breath while swallowing my pride but i'm lost inside... whether or not I'm being tested by some angelic force? I'm trapped to not know where I truly fit into life's little gaps and I've been snapping on people as of late...

Really great. Had a good day. Had slow leak in tire but got it fixed, helped son finish his basement, finalized plans for next ghost hunt, and topped it off with a conversation with a good friend.
