I don't much like the taste of it unless the bartender is really good. But I certainly have a lot more interesting stories to tell because of alcohol But surely one can create insteresting stories in their life without the alcohol. You're so right I also have interesting mushroom and pot stories as well. College was awesome. |

I wore it all out years ago.
Then I discovered how good single malt 30 year old scotch is when stirred with a good cigar. Ohhhhhh boyyyyyyy... |

Chocolate milk remains to be my drink of choice. I've even gone into bars and requested it. One place will actually deliver.

Well sis off pister! You think you're so mucking fuch, why don't you go in your own jackyard and back off!
To each her/his own. but strike you down if you put anyone ELSE in danger and it's incredibly disgusting when someone is being an idiot and think they are being clever. but I don't mind a "light" buzz and a "little" silliness |

The problem with drinking is this: It impairs judgement and it makes you look stupid. I have never been drunk in my life either. I very rarely drink but my friends do. When they are drunk, they do stupid things. If you want to get drunk, go for it, but what is the point? You DON'T need alcohol to have fun.

I hate the taste of alcohol. So do I.. but that never stopped me from tipping the bottle! So either you are a pansy or I'm an alcoholic...and you are no pansy.
What stopped me was repeatedly finding myself in hospitals up and down the west coast.. Sleeping in doorways, mud puddles, somebody's yard.. in a park... I do miss the taste of a fine wine, porter and stout beer... But in my relatively short but insane period of drinking alcoholically? I was not drinking fine wine or micro-brews. |

Everything in moderation.
I like my alcohol just like I like my women....one in each hand is all you need. |

I like my women like my coffee.................bitter.

Absolutely, alcohol is overrated.
Don't let anyone tell you differently. I had a friend who was a full-blown alcoholic, he'd go through a case of beer each night. But he was also an angry drunk who wanted to fight the drunker he got and that's why he isn't my friend any more. Because I was tired of putting up with his ****, because I didn't want to continue to see him destroying himself, and mostly because I wasn't going to be dragged down with him. |

I am a recovering alcoholic sober almost 3 years....it is truly awesome to have regained my dignity and the respect of my family. To each his own...but I am happier now that I am looking at every day with clear vision...at least now I know if I screw up its me and not the alcohol...and I take responsibility for my actions.

Wooo! Finally some SENSE in the world!!! lol. I completely agree with you, captain! ^^ I have a cousin who has been drinking whenever he can get his hands on the stuff since he was fifteen ... and I feel for him. But he just won't stop so I've frankly given up trying. -_-; |
