The Budweiser Story
(not a joke)
This is TRUE!
How Budweiser handled those who laughed at those
who died on the 11th of September,
2001...
Thought you might like to know what happened
in a little town north of Bakersfield , California .
After you finish reading this,
please forward this story on to others
so that our nation and people around the world
will know about those who laughed
when they found out about the tragic events
in New York , Pennsylvania , and the Pentagon.
On September 11th,
A Budweiser employee was making a delivery
to a convenience store in a California town
named McFarland.
He knew of the tragedy that had occurred
in New York when he entered the business
to find the two Arabs, who owned the business, whooping and hollering to show their approval
and support of this treacherous attack.
The Budweiser employee went to his truck,
called his boss and told him
of the very upsetting event!
He didn't feel he could be in that store with those
horrible people. His boss asked him,
'Do you think you could go in there long enough
to pull every Budweiser product and item
our beverage company sells there?
We'll never deliver to them again.'
The employee walked in,
proceeded to pull every single product his
beverage company provided and left
with an incredible grin on his face.
He told them never to bother to call for
a delivery again.
Budweiser happens to be the beer of choice
for that community.
Just letting you know how Kern County
handled this situation. And Now
The Rest Of The Story:
It seems that the Bud driver and the Pepsi man
are neighbors. Bud called Pepsi and told him.
Pepsi called his boss who told him to
pull all Pepsi products as well!!!
That would include Frito Lay, etc.
Furthermore, word spread and
all vendors followed suit! At last report,
the store was closed indefinitely.
Good old American
Passive-Aggressive A$$ Whoopin!
Pass this along, America needs to know
that we're all working together!
If you can read this.
Thank a teacher...
If you are reading it in English....
THANK A SOLDIER!!!
If you do not send this
you have no soul !!!!

*sigh* for some reason... I don't particularly find this a happy thing. The whole passive-agressive thing is really not a productive way to handle things. Sure it wasn't right for them to laugh at it, but now their whole livelyhood is ruined. It's things like this that perpetuate violence... whatever happened to loving thine enemies, love thy neighbors?

I remember hearing a story... I don't remember where I heard it, and I can't find it online, so I'm going to paraphrase it.

There once was a man, who was happy, so he was walking down the street smiling, he waved at another man on the street. That man, had been feeling very lonely, and the smile made him feel better, so he went home and wrote a letter to one of his old buddies. The letter made the other man's day, so as he was walking down the street he gave generously to a poor beggar. The beggar was able to buy some food, and he was content. He saw a ragged puppy in the alley, gave it some of his leftovers, and brought it into the old building to sleep with him. That night, there was a fire, and the little puppy barked waking everyone in the building, so they got out safely. One of the people in that building was a little boy. That little boy grew up to eventually become president, and made great changes for the nation.

Let us all remember to pass on the love this holiday season, even to those we don't particularly like.

this has nothing to do with showing pride! it is a false story like so many that float around the internet, and people read this sh1t and believe it! I am skeptical of everything I read on the net, so I check into what is being posted! and I would suggest everybody do the same, especially when it comes to candidates and what they all say!

And yet another resin to love Budweiser, first beer I ever had and
I grew up next to one of their main plants, also a big Jr. fan LOL

I was able to see the smoke from my High school parking lot after the planes hit and know a few people who lost loved ones that day in NY as well as DC so if it were me I don't know if I could have just walked out in the first place.

great story

Crazy, i agree with you it was the wrong way to handle the situtation, he should of beat the crap out of them for laughing at america's misery. then they would be out of work, broke and broken into pieces.
dam i hate pacificsts, they are why 9-11 happened and will happen again.
immagration problems all over again, time for lady liberty to start beating people with her torch to keep america safe

so what if it is fake? seriously? the point of it is the message same with alot of the other stories that float around the net. it's not like their asking you to give them money or vote for anything, sign up for a credit card and look at their porn so why get all bent out of shape about it?

I'm not bent out of shape! I'm saying that people should double check what is posted, I get stuff from people all the time on other sites and see stuff on here that turns out to be false and I've passed things on only to find out that it's fake. there was a post about two weeks ago warning people not to accept a friend invite from someone on myspace because they were a murderer and of course it was a lie but there actually is someone on myspace with that name some kid 19. so it is not good idea to send crap around with out knowing if it is real or not.

DAMN! I don't swear much, but I gotta say, this made me kinda pissed off. I'm not entirely a passifist, my dad raised me to know when to defend myself. My point is. Just because of a few peoples actions we are ready to judge an entire country, an entire religion, and we're making ourselves look like assholes in the process. "Eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind." At this point, I'm ready to say we're all blind already. Jeebus... if we keep up this "Yeah, kill anyone who opposes us or our major religions" we're going to make some people really unhappy with us, and someone's going to do something stupid. Next thing you know, we're all going to be in deep ****.

"They are why 9-11 happened"? WTF?!?!?! Seriously. No. If we HAD all been pacifists, accepting and whatnot, not suspicious, not trying to meddle in everything, then we would be setting a good example, and they wouldn't have been able to find fault with us in the first place! Do you seriously think that any religious person (no matter how radical) would have the heart to mow down an entire race of peace-loving people that follow most of the same rules they do besides a few? Yes, I'm taking some ideas from Ghandi here... I don't think he was entirely wrong.

The more we attack them, and bash them, the more of them will be more willing to join the radical party, the more fault they are going to find with us, and the more reason to wipe us off the face of the earth they're going to have. We're building to the boiling point people... one false move and ... Kaboom. Seriously... like this clip except less funny, because it'll be real:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=nZMwKPmsbWE

Yeah... sorry to rant... I'm a little worked up today.

absolutely absurd! these people hate us because our criminals have rights, women can dress as they please they can vote, drive cars, have their own bank accounts they can hold offices of power etc. we have the freedom of religion and the freedom to not be religious and I'm sure there are many, many, many, many other reasons they hate us.

It doesn't help that we have so many criminals in the first place... sure there may be many reasons they hate us, but do we really have to give them more proof that we're so "corrupt." Every false move we make is another peice of evidence for them to say "Ah ha! See, their religion and government must be corrupt and wrong because _____" We stem from the same roots, and we probably wouldn't be at the top of their "To-do" list if we didn't have as many problems as we do.

the fact that women have the rights and privileges they do is enough for them to hate us. so because were over there bombing Afghanistan and Iraq IS NOT the only reason they want to kill us they have many reasons for wanting to murder us, so I say f*ck 'em bomb them back 200 years (not that it would matter) people don't understand the culture and it is NOT one you want anything to do with being a woman, they have a much different view of human life and rights that the rest of the world has.

"Bomb them back 200 years?" Aren't they already behind on so many things according to you? such as human rights? Bombing them won't help them appreciate human rights any more than they do now. Just because an all out pacifist approach may not be effective in this time, doesn't mean an all out agressive approach is the way to go either. Forgive me for being naive... but I still hope that someday we all can reconcile our differences. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one... I hope someday you'll join us... and the world will live as one. Heh. I love that song... so cheezy.

All you hippies better start to face reality,
All your far fetched dreams of anarchy,
Better start to see things the way they are,
Cause the way things
Are going they won't be goin' far.

World peace can't be done.
It just can't exist.
World peace can't be done.
Anarchy's a mess.

I like this song from Cro~Mags

... I don't think hippies really dream of anarchy... that's kinda the opposite of what they want.

Anywho, I'm going to say, this is a difference of oppinion, and leave it at that.

"Leave it at that"...are you just against the war, or are you against violence all toghether? because I am not necessarily for WAR? but, hello, they sucker puched us! They hate us becuase we, some, put are noses where it didn't belong, but that does not excuse what they did to us. They will do it again if we don't stand up for what we believe in. What do we believe in? For sure, that we have a right to live in our country and expect to talk and be heard in ENGLISH!
