Maybe it means real beautiful face... I think the OP avoided getting tied down to one girl until he came across this one that has him smittened. Thicc/thick could mean great/fantastic... it was an old slang word that some late teens/young adults used to replace the word "nice".

Basically what I got from what he said is that he prided himself on being a player, unlike his friends who let girls have their way with them. Until he met the one he can't seem to take his eyes off of. He's having a hard time dealing with the fact that it happened to him too.... I guess!

Very true! That was my first thought as well, when I read it quickly. But having been around a lot of the younger crowd working at the YMCA and years ago as a substitute teacher, it made more sense after re-reading it.
