Not indoors anyways... And yes, today has been a difficult one again. It does help to hear from other former smokers that they went through the same chit. This afternoon that was my GP's assistant. And funny thing is, I never would've thought she'd been a smoker! Same for my quit-smoking coach, who also works at the GP's. Typical how you think in smoker-types and non-smoker-types, hihi. Some people I had labelled to never have smoked turned out to have been heavy smokers in the past! Hearing from them that they too had a difficult time quitting... yep, that helps! Maybe someday people will also see me as a typical non-smoker. That would be funny, haha. |
