Enjoying the day after I let go of the feeling "I must do something useful". Did the 1st of a Lightworker challenge, a channeling/healing, now sipping coffee, feeling great

Telling myself to stop procrastinating and do my chores ughhhh

Debating if I should do aerobics or yoga today. So far the couch wins.

Heading back to Mars to kill some demons.

Waking up from a nap and cooking dinner

Bf sent me an audio book and said it’s a romantic story.

Well... someone in my building.. where I rent my apartment.. had bed bugs.. so as a preventative measurement management..
Had all the units .. treated..for bed bugs..
Now!! I do not have bed bugs in my unit but I had to do.. all the steps necessary for the Exterminator to do the treatment... basically .. push all furniture away from walls at least two feet.. remove baseboard heater covers remove outlet and electrical faceplates ... what a ginormous pain in the ***.. basically like packing up your apartment to move !..but you don't move...
All night last night getting ready and all this evening putting all my belongings back where they belong ... the whole experience has left me feeling nauseated and slightly sick...to my stomach... all because one of my Neighbors... probably bought a second hand couch.. or paperback book... or whatever used article ..that was harboring bed bug eggs... thanks neighbor.

I remember how shocked I was to learn that bedbugs do exist over the big pond. I thought it was just a story, and certainly did not expect them to exist in a 1st world country.
They actually were extinct over here.
Unfortunately there have been reports of bedbugs since 2003, mostly in student homes. People bring them back from holiday abroad. And since you got them over there it isn't from 3rd world countries per say.
