Enjoying the 'after vibe' from a great pedicure and then back home straight into a high energy webinar and a visualisation. I hadn't smoked in an hour, just lit a cig, had to kill it as the visualisation started, haha. But it was good! Made my house into a light portal with the last visualisation, SO wonderful!! Me is heppie

Hope it quiets down for you I've done some energy & crystal work and it has gotten better the last few months. But it is still annoying at times.
