Thinking... isn't it peculiar how people are always at your door when you're not ready for them? I'd only just gotten out of bed, not even combed my hair or anything.

thinking... why does my ear have to hurt like hell? Going to have it looked at by my GP Thursday. Hope it won't keep me awake.

I've never had an ear ache like this, it's BAD.

I got an appointment on Thursday. I didn't make one for tomorrow as I have to go to my mom's. Now I regret it, I could have made a late morning appointment. Oh well, it is what it is...

For now I put tea tree oil around my ear, which supposedly will help. I know it's powerful with infections, that's why I got it in, but man, does it stink! But willing to put up with that, hoping it will help at least a bit.

(PS eating garlic won't do much for me now, and making garlic oil... not keen on putting anything in my ear now. I put oil in it an hour ago, like I did yesterday. Normally that helps with pain, but now it hurt a bit) Fingers crossed, if it's bad in the morning I will phone the GP, but chances are they cannot see me as they're only in in the mornings on Wednesdays.

Hi crystal. .. I remember you saying not so long ago you had dental problems .. at least I think it was you .. is your sore ear on the same side .. Be a little bit cautious about putting any diy solutions in your ear .. perhaps try a compress instead .. if the pain is severe i would not wait for a doctor's appointment and attend an emergency service . Hope you feel better soon :-)

I did the oil cos I thought if it's clogged that makes it easier to get it out, and usually it helps with pain too.
