just found out a stray delivered 7-9 puppies under some railroad ties on my brother's property in 3 points... does anyone have a pool skimmer we can borrow to try to get them out??? they are back to far for an arm??? pls message me ASAP if you can help...it snowed there last night!!! thank you@

Do you have a local animal shelter? or animal control?

I called...they said if we can get them out...they can come get them in a day or two.

Every local animal shelter should take those puppies in.

the location is 3-points Arizona... technically Tucson

Sorry, I wont be able to help - I live in Wisconsin. Did you try your local police/sheriff (non emergency number)? I know our local force would assist with this type of situation. If no luck, you could McGiver a few broom handles together with duct tape and use a t-shirt around a wire coat hanger to attempt to reach them.

puppies have been retrieved and were picked up by a rescue today... thx all
