Tonight I learned of a friend's passing. A friend I knew from another site and had the infinite pleasure of meeting this past summer. Her death got me thinking about a few things.

So many of us caught up in our own little world of wants, needs, desires. So many whining about their place and condition in life and doing little to change their circumstances, reach their goals, achieve their dreams.

So many folks living with regrets, sorrow and guilt.

So many stuck in the same old rut of despair and desperation.

Now is the time folks to get busy living, contribute to the human condition, make and be the changes you want to see in your life, in your environment, in this world.

If you've got regrets, guilt, hatred filling your heart, let them go, they are poison and keeping you stuck right where you are, preventing you from achieving all you can be, giving all you are capable of giving.

If there is someone who needs to hear I'm sorry, I forgive you, or I love you, now's the time to do it, tomorrow may never come.

Anyone who passes into your life does so for a reason, though you or they may never know just why, they deserve the best from you.

Remember before you post in the forums, write an e-mail or send an IM, there are living breathing souls receiving your words, each with battles you may never know, weigh your words, your actions with that thought it mind.

As I've seen it written so many places, but never appreciated more than tonight...This is it folks, this is not a dress rehearsal.

Well thank you dear and it is so true. Enjoy your life, have fun...but not at others or even your own expense... Be smart...think before you act or say...
I know where she is coming from...I believe we can all say we know where she's coming from...
Don't do things you'll regret, say I love you to the ones you love every chance you get...
Sing as though no one can hear you
Dance as though no one can see you
Dream as though all your Dreams came true
Love as though you've never been hurt
And Live life to the fullest....
